Access to the digital sketch archiving engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so painters — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.

Why this primitiveMoves from 'storage service' to 'metered archival.' By making the transaction the moment of commitment, the user treats each upload as a deliberate act of permanent IP. x402 allows this without the friction of 'gas' or 'monthly fees,' just a per-page micropayment.
