Access to the stage layout engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so directors — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.

Why this primitiveTraditional technical riders are messy email attachments. By turning access into a metered HTS transfer transaction, the venue ensures that only authorized, paying contractors access sensitive facility data, while creating a fractional revenue stream for the original layout drafters.
