Access to the script development engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so directors — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.

Why this primitiveBy moving from static NFTs to x402 micropayments, we solve the 'passive reviewer' problem. Payment per feedback-call ensures participants are compensated for the labor of reading, while the cost-per-unlock prevents spam and noise in the revision history.
