Access to the promotion engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so directors — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.
Why this primitiveTraditional reels are lost in emails or static profiles. By making the reel a metered asset, we create a 'Proof of Interest' mechanism. For the actor, 0.01 USDC to upload prevents spam; for the scout, 0.01 USDC to view signals professional intent. The facilitator handles the HTS transfer signature, making the transaction frictionless during high-speed casting sessions.
