Access to the performance reviews engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so directors — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.

Why this primitiveBy moving from 'no-fee' to 'micro-fee', we solve the Sybil-review problem. A critique that costs 0.01 USDC is more reliable than a free one. It transforms the relationship between the critic and the artist into a direct, friction-minimized financial settlement.
