Why this primitiveBy turning static metadata into a metered API, we solve the 'all-or-nothing' licensing problem. x402 allows researchers to grab specific data points (e.g., only GPS tags from 10k photos) for pennies, creating a liquid market for data that is usually locked in silos or scraped for free.
