Access to the frame licensing engine is metered with x402: 0.01 HBAR or 0.01 HTS USDC per call, paid from the embedded wallet, so filmmakers — or the agents working for them — pay per query and get a HashScan receipt every time.

Why this primitiveTraditional licensing is too slow for modern workflows. By making the payment the API call, we enable 'Dynamic Rotoscoping' where an AI or editor pays per frame fetched, turning animation libraries into liquid, metered infrastructure.
